This fabric is free of any treatment but is inherently compliant with fire regulations to CRIB 5. No further FR treatment is therefore necessary for domestic or contract use for either curtains or upholstery.
Most fabrics have a tendency to shrink, even those with a shrink resistant finish. We recommend a 5% allowance to cover the possible shrinkage from cleaning, treatments or atmospheric conditions. We recommend that only companies experienced in cleaning furnishing fabrics are used.
